This pillar involves facilitating the initiation of community based projects that are affordable and sustainable with the aim of improving the welfare of the various community groups. Under this pillar, communities identify their most pressing needs, then brainstorm on possible solutions. We then identify and work with like- minded development partners to contribute expertise and finances in the realization of the solutions.
